At Evans Sneakers, we want you to step out with confidence; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your sneakers within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the sneakers in their original, undamaged shoe box and pack them securely inside a separate shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
